Bad Credit Apartments is a free Austin apartment locating service provided by TREC-licensed Texas real estate agents working under a real brokerage. Communities pay our locator fee when a renter signs a lease — renters never pay us.

## The service

We help renters with credit, eviction, background, or income challenges find Austin-area communities that fit their situation. Services include profile intake, community matching, application coaching, and coordination with property managers.

## Eligibility & accuracy

You must be 18 or older to use our service. You agree to provide truthful, accurate information about your rental history, credit, income, and background. Misrepresentation can void approvals at communities.

## No guarantee of approval

We work hard to match you to communities likely to approve your application, but final approval decisions are made by the property managers and their automated screening systems. We do not guarantee approval at any specific community.

## No legal or financial advice

Our guidance is operational — based on our experience with community screening criteria. It is not legal, credit-repair, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.

## Communications

By submitting our intake form or contacting us by phone, text, or email, you authorize us to follow up about your apartment search by any of those channels. You can opt out at any time.

## Third-party communities

Apartment communities are independent businesses with their own policies, fees, and lease terms. We are not responsible for their conduct or decisions.

## Intellectual property
